Shipping policy

Delivery Services

Sideshow uses UPS or Fed Ex delivery services, and select the carrier that provides the most economical rates to the address you provided. Delivery will utilize ground services unless an express method has been arranged and paid for. We do not use USPS, due to their size restrictions which is applicable on a large selection of our items.

Delivery Restrictions

In this age of identity theft, Sideshow protects its customers and their financial information as much as possible. One of the ways that we do this is to only ship orders to the customer’s billing address or place of business. If you choose to send your order to your business address, then you will need to include your business name along with that address information; otherwise, we will automatically send the item to your billing address.

If you find yourself in a situation where no one is available to sign for your package at home and you can’t ship to your business location, Sideshow will ship to a second party address if an alternate shipping authorization form is submitted, received, and confirmed prior to shipment.

Keep in mind, you'll be authorizing anyone at that address to sign for your package, and by completing the authorization form you are waiving certain rights. So make sure you trust whomever will be there! If this shipment needs to be returned or exchanged, we will only be able to arrange this with the original customer, regardless of who signed for the package.

In addition to the information above, there are select countries to which we are unable to deliver our product. For a complete listing, click here.
